The Nickelodeon Summer miniseries continues with animator Crystal Stromer! Crystal’s work expands the animation universe ranging from 2D animation to puppetry. She served as an animator for several shows including Nickelodeon’s El Tigre and as an animator and animation director for Shadow Machine’s BoJack Horseman, and now works as a 2D animator for one of Nickelodeon’s newest shows, Bunsen Is A Beast. In this episode we talk about what it was like growing up in Florida, making the journey to Los Angeles, and how her love of painting and puppetry and seeing how things move have aided her animation career. And we talk a great deal about The Muppets — because they’re awesome!
